FREE Knee Pain Guide
Just a few pages reveal how easy it is to get quick relief from knee pain and stiffness...without having to rely on pain medications or repeated injections.
This E-Book is for the person suffering from annoying knee pain and stiffness that is interfering with daily life.
Whether it's waking up in the morning with trouble getting out of bed, or having difficulty getting off the floor, knee pain can be debilitating. Maybe it's keeping you from attending your favorite workout class...or even worse, not letting you play with your kids or grandkids. You may feel as if your only option is to take painkillers or stop doing all the things you enjoy in life (maybe that's what your doctor told you was your only option...)
Let's be honest...it's not fun to have to miss out on going to the gym or debating whether you can bend down and pick up items around the house. What if you can't get back up?
I work with people with knee pain and stiffness on a regular basis. What I can tell you is that painkillers are just a temporary relief and generic exercises given out by physicians (and sometime other physical therapist) are not going to work. Why? Because they don't solve the MAIN PROBLEM. Painkillers and generic exercises are "bandaids" that might temporarily relieve pain. What happens when you stop doing them? The pain returns...
Many people today accept knee pain as "a normal part of life", mostly because they're so used to it being there all day long. This does NOT have to be true.
Since I continue to see people frustrated by knee problems and wanting to avoid surgery, I have written this report that gives you tips and tricks for easing knee pain and stiffness naturally. This is available to you...for free!
Here's what you'll discover when you look inside...

>> The best sleep position

>> What you can be drinking RIGHT NOW to make your joints and muscles feel better
and much more...

Straight talk, 64 year old, good but not great shape, and needed both knees replaced after years of basketball and tennis. My primary care physician (not my surgeon) recommended I start with Dr. Walker BEFORE surgery. So I started about 5 weeks beforehand as a means of increasing muscle memory to make the post-surgery physical therapy more effective. It worked so well that I was able to walk up 12 steps when released from the hospital. It has now been about 6 months post surgery working with Christine roughly 2x per week. It has been a magical experience in that I am back hitting and soon to be playing tennis again. I cannot say enough about Christine's preparedness, thoughtfulness and expertise. She is terrifically upbeat, professional and a joy to work with. I am so pleased that my primary doc who I have been with for about 20 years recommended Dr. Walker. Please feel free to ask Christine for my contact details as I would be more than happy to speak with any potential clients about her.

Christine Walker Physical Therapy helped get my daughter's wrist "gymnastics ready" again when it seemed that nothing else was working. Our sessions were the perfect mix of parent and child education, an understanding of what the issue was, and how to improve the situation and ultimately to get her back to doing what she loves...gymnastics.

"I came to Christine Walker Physical Therapy with a hip flexor issue that has been impacting my running and lifting for years. When agitated I would have to skip work outs for months. The physical therapist was very knowledgeable and intelligent. She clearly explained all of the exercises we went through and even clarified in laymen's terms what they were revealing about my injury and compensation mechanisms. This knowledge not only made me feel respected, but also helped the information stick and allowed me to catch these compensations in my daily life. After working with the physical therapist the inexpensive purchase of a yoga strap, my hip flexor has never been an issue. Since then, I have recommend many of my lifting and athletic friends to Christine Walker Physical Therapy, knowing that they were in great hands."
