THE ULTIMATE LUNGE SERIES:
Start at #1 and do 10 repetitions. Only move on to the next step if you can complete 10 repetitions of the prior step.
Once you can go 1-6 with 10 repetitions each, up your reps to 15 for each. Continuing increasing reps to maximize your strength.
